Returns/Exchanges

You are welcome to return your item as long as it is in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  If you are having a technical issue please contact us and we will arrange the delivery of proper replacement parts to you in accordance with our warranty policy.  

Reverse Pro LLC holds the right to deny any return found to be not in new condition and may then be subject to a restocking/reconditioning fee.
